Cupping Notes: Chocolate, Vanilla, Sugarcane, Toasted Nuts, and Butter.

Our special in-house Coffee Shop Blend combines 50/50 Dominican and Haitian featuring notes of chocolate, vanilla, and toasted nuts creating the signature buttery mouthfeel, and smooth low-acid finish. Our blend features a roast that sits just between medium and dark in order to create the ultimate coffee taste. The crafted combination of the dreamy, creamy taste of Dominican combined with the bitter-free, flawless taste of Haitian creates a delightful espresso as well as elevates a simple delicious brew with which you are sure to fall in love.

Served weekly at our Organic Coffee Shop in Rubicon, WI in all of our espresso and brewed coffee drinks.
