Most people have the idea that decaf is subordinate to caffeinated in taste, quality, and enjoyment; that it is simply there for those who cannot tolerate caffeine.  While it is true that most coffee companies use up their leftover inventory on decaf and most decaf is, quite honestly, terrible in taste, I am here to tell you that our decaf is a whole new experience. 

Hailing from Royal, New York, a family operated specialty coffee and tea importing company provide a decaf chosen with the same level of high-standards for quality and taste as all of their caffeinated varieties. The beans are "water processed;" this means the caffeine is extracted without the use of chemicals.  Most decaf is literally soaked in chemicals to extract caffeine, and definitely not something you want to ingest.
