Why Organic Is Important...
Conventionally grown coffee is one of the most chemically-treated beverages on the market. On top of being grown with large amounts of fertilizers and pesticides that can harm your health and the health of those growing and harvesting the beans, it also disrupts eco-systems connected with it.
Organic coffee is grown the natural way – in the shady, lush forests that provide homes and sustenance for indigenous plants, animals, and people.
Why "Small Batch Roasted" Matters...
We start by ordering high-quality green beans, chosen for their unique flavor profiles and exceptional taste. We then freshly roast those beans to order so we can offer coffee that creates a fantastic cup with varying levels of flavor, strength, and unique notes. Your coffee is roasted fresh the day you order it. It then will off gas for 24 hours before being sealed and shipped out to your door. Most small-batch coffee roasters also own a commitment to coffee farmers and a strong desire to connect with customers. In short, we feel driven to create personal experiences for customers that may be impossible for larger companies to accomplish.
